Personality: Shallowpaw is very calm and known to be a cat to trust. He thinks things out before he does them, unlike his sister, and often figures out a way to stop quarrels in his clan. Shallowpaw is a good friend of Reedpaw and treats the tom as a brother. He loves to listen to the elders tell stories of their youth.

History: Shallowpaw was born to the kittypet turned loner, Tabitha, along with his sister Willowpaw. At birth is name was Brutus and his sister's was Willow. Tabitha had ran from her twolegs when she became pregnant, but was killed by a fox when the pair where just 2 moons old. During the fox attack, Shallowpaw was separated from his sister. A Tideclan warrior named Morningheart found him wandering the shoreline looking for his sister. The she-cat convinced Tideclan to take in the lost kit and he was renamed Shallowkit. At the next Gathering that was held, Rippleclan reported that they took in a lost kit who was crying for her brother. Tideclan and Rippleclan figured out that the siblings had been taken in by both the clans. Once the two were made apprentices, they were taken to see each other at the Gathering. The two were very very happy to see each other, but neither wanted to leave the clan that had saved their lives. They now see each other at Gatherings and occasionally on Border Patrols.
